When we deliver the products to the carrier, the products become your responsibility (risk passes to you). You own the products once we have received full payment for the order.

5.4 If no one is available to receive delivery

If you are not available to accept delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or they may leave a card advising you how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. We are not responsible for the security of goods left in a safe place at your instruction.

6. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
